Fruity Kiwi Smoothie

Combine some powerful superfoods together to make this morning drink. These fruits taste great blended together and will keep you full and satisfied till lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups of cold, organic apple juice
  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • 1 organic kiwi fruit
  • 5 frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour apple juice into the blender. Slice banana into small chunks and place in blender.
  2. Peel and slice a kiwi into small pieces and place in blender.
  3. Add frozen strawberries to the mix and drizzle honey on top.
  4. Blend mixture until smooth.
