This super easy and healthy snack is a great alternative to potato chips. Top with a little cheese for a protein boost.
Ingredients:
- 20 leaves of organic kale
- 1/2 a cup of olive oil
- Organic grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Arrange the kale leaves on a baking sheet.
- Spritz or paint the chips with the olive oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until the chips are crispy.
- Top with cheese while chips are warm.
